“We will be taking out some tables and making sure people can dine really safely with us. We’ve got our menus ready. They’re slightly simpler, with less on the main menu so we can run our kitchens with fewer chefs who can safely work together. “There will be more emphasis on specials and our chefs, a team of really solid guys who know Peach very well.
With the reduced menus our chefs will be able to decide their own specials, reacting to the weather or the supply better. It means that there’s lots of opportunity for them to get creative and keep that excitement alive.”
