COREcruitment sponsors the 2018 People Awards

Highlighting the hard work of your teams and the fabulous hospitality industry.

Continuing a strong and fruitful relationship, is pleased to announce that COREcruitment will be sponsoring the Emerging Talent Initiative category at the 2018 People Awards. Sales Director, Neil Pattison said, “We are so happy to welcome back COREcruitment to our People Awards family. Their experience and integrity, especially in hospitality recruitment, brings a tangible cache to these very special awards, and we thank them for their continued support”

Stuart Hills, Development Director at COREcruitment said, “COREcruitment and have enjoyed a strong and successful partnership for more than a decade and I am proud to be a part of this important event for another year.”

COREcruitment was established in 2005 and has grown extensively since then with consultants in the UK, South Africa, Dubai, Holland, Bangkok, North America and France. Their primary focus was originally hospitality, but they now recruit for roles within Facilities Management, Head Office, Finance, Leisure & Fitness and Retail, Property and have a specialist team covering technology and marketing.

COREcruitment’s business ethos is underpinned by three guiding principles: Integrity, efficiency and transparency. All of their consultants focus on different sectors and they have previously worked in the sector for which they now recruit, usually at management level. This means that they know their business inside out and can recognise the best candidates.

Since last year, COREcruitment has been very busy. “Through 2018 our uniquely positioned ‘Executive Club’ for senior leadership roles has gone from strength to strength, and the specialist team are currently working on over 80 international roles with salaries in excess of £100k.” In addition, the company has also opened their sixth international office in France, which has been both an exciting and rewarding move for the organisation.

Stuart and the team at COREcruitment understand the pressures now on hospitality employers in the UK. “The industry is as competitive as ever with ambitious and innovative companies willing to invest in dynamic leadership,” he said. “This creates a challenge in attracting top performers and managing counter offers.” He does believe that nurturing emerging talent is crucial. “They are the future of a sector that is being forced to innovate to stay relevant,” Stuart explained. “Millennial and post millennial generations need to be constantly entertained and satisfied and so fresh thinking is an absolute necessity.”

The shortlist for Emerging Talent at this year’s Awards is an especially competitive one.
