Lifetime Training joins the 2019 People Awards People Awards Sponsor, Lifetime Training

As Awards night gets ever closer, we are delighted to welcome Lifetime Training as sponsor of the Learning & Development category at the 2019 People Awards.

Established in 1995, Lifetime Training’s founding principle was to support individuals and businesses to perform better through the delivering of outstanding training programmes.  “Today this principle remains core to or business and has enabled us to become one of the UK’s market leading training providers, offering apprenticeship programmes, recruitment services and training courses,” said Amanda Nicholson-Hirst, Operations Director at Lifetime Training.

“Lifetime Training’s Hospitality training is award winning and through the apprenticeship programmes we improve service quality, staff efficiency and retention which has a positive impact on the individual partners we work with but also the wider hospitality industry,” Amanda said.

Lifetime Training not only provide Front and Back of House training but also management apprenticeships. Lifetime Training believes that a successful hospitality business depends upon the quality of its management. Managers are responsible for managing and training their team to consistently deliver attentive customer service, whilst meeting businesses targets. Their attention to detail means that they are on top of every element of running the business from front of house and kitchen, through to staffing, inventory, entertainment, local marketing and finance.

Amanda explained, “We need to create a shift in how young people are educated about Hospitality and how apprenticeships are perceived, to be able to showcase the exciting careers within the Hospitality industry.”
